Booking policy


A minimum 50% non-refundable deposit is required in order for any service to be booked. Any session service shorter than 5 hours or any limited time special offer requires a 100% deposit. All dates are FIRST-COME, FIRST-SERVE and will not be held for anymore than 48 hours once an invoice has been submitted. If a deposit is not received within 48 hours, the invoice pricing is void and a new quote request must be submitted.

Any remaining balance is due upon entering the studio. Services are to be paid in-full, even if the Client finishes before the estimated session time. Please be on time, session hours will being promptly at the scheduled time.

In the event of a major Studio technical issue, the time to troubleshoot will not be billed.



All major forms of payment are accepted. In the event of a “bounced” payment, said payment must be repaid in cash or by money order, plus an additional $40 service charge. This does not guarantee the original service date(s) requested will remain available.


In the event a service is cancelled within 48 hours of the scheduled service, the deposit will be credited towards a future service. Any additional cancellations by the Client may result in a forfeit of the deposit. Any service cancelled with less than 48 hours notice, or are a “no show” will forfeit the deposit.

Release & storage


All media remains the property of the Studio until all balance due is paid-in-full, no exceptions. No in-progress mixes will be given, this includes (but is not limited to) any audio on video recordings. Any Mixes and Masters will be sent electronically, if requesting a CD the Client must provide the adequate CD-Rs. CD-RWs will not be accepted. A maximum of 2 mix revisions will be provided at no additional charge, please be fully detailed when requesting any revisions before masters are made.

Additional mix versions (radio edit, instrumental, etc.) or stem requests must be addressed before the service is booked and will be billed accordingly. Any media remaining on the property will be held for no more than 60 days after completion of service. Client is to provide a means of storage if requesting the raw data. Any session projects will be zeroed out, no full session data will be made available. Any data transfer to Client’s storage will not be charged, and as such will be done at the Studio’s convenience. The Client will be notified once the transfer has completed. The Studio is not responsible for any media lost on Studio drives once service has been completed.

Food & Beverage


A mini refrigerator, beverage refrigerator, and microwave are provided at no additional charge. Food & Beverages are allowed in the studio so long as they are kept away from the equipment racks, console desk, and any Studio provided equipment.

smoking & Drug Use


Smoking is prohibited in the Control Room and Live Rooms. Smoking may be done in a location specified by the Studio. Any additional drug use on the premises by Client and / or their attending party may result in a cancellation of services and forfeit of all monies paid.



The Studio is not responsible for any service interruptions or delays including (but is not limited to) utility outages, fire, flood, acts of God, war, civil disturbance or industrial action.

personal property & equipment


The Studio is not responsible for any loss or damage of personal property or equipment left on the premises.

Equipment Rental

Soultone, Zildjian, Sabian, and Paiste cymbals are made available to rent during a recording session at a rate of $10 per cymbal / per song.

At the discretion of the Studio, a Client cymbal which may be deemed as “cracked and / or unusable” will be requested to have a Studio cymbal in it’s place. The cymbal rental fee may be enforced.

Any equipment damages by Client or their attending party will be repaired or replaced at the cost of the Client and will be billed accordingly. No media / mixes / masters will be released if a damage balance is due.

studio tour

Studio tours are available by appointment only and must be scheduled using the form indicated in the “Book Now” tab. Our staff may request to meet at a secondary studio location depending on the service needs requested.
